According to a survey conducted by a job bank, the most common difficulty faced by fresh graduates when writing a job application resume is "not knowing how to write a personal statement," with this issue affecting as many as 86.1% of respondents. To assist job seekers in successfully entering the workforce, the Taichung City Government Labor Bureau has launched a "Resume Consultation Service," offering free resume optimization and interview coaching to improve job search success rates. 

Labor Bureau Director Lin Shu-Yuan stated that Mayor Lu Shiow-Yen places great emphasis on citizens' employment needs, and the city government continues to provide various employment support resources. Among these, resume writing is crucial for obtaining interview opportunities. A participant in the service, Mr. Zhou, a student from the Department of Computer Science at Feng Chia University, shared his experience. Originally aspiring to enter the gaming industry, Mr. Zhou discovered through career advisor analysis that he was better suited for the tech industry. With the advisor's guidance, Mr. Zhou not only optimized his resume and personal statement but also clarified his career direction, ultimately securing a position as a software engineer in the tech industry.
