Mr. Bao, from Hong Kong, had struggled with infertility and was diagnosed with varicocele five years ago. He underwent an endoscopic surgery, but postoperative pain persisted, and the appearance remained abnormal. Hoping to conceive again, he sought medical treatment in Taiwan and underwent minimally invasive microsurgery.
