The 2026 Tea Mountain Spring Flow runs from March 1 to April 30 under the theme “Spring Stream Studies.” Starting in Pinglin and extending to Xindian, Shenkeng, Shiding, Shuangxi, and Wulai, the program features culinary collaborations, crafts, themed tours, and the Tea Mountain Market on March 21–22, presenting a cultural narrative of tea, mountains, and water.
As a key initiative within New Taipei's “Green Mountain Forest” corridor, the event centers on tea mountain culture, integrating local products and creative teams to create accessible cultural experiences. This year's theme likens the healing energy of tea mountains to a spring stream flowing through the hills, symbolizing cultural expansion.
On March 21–22, the Tea Mountain Market at Pinglin Tea Museum will showcase regional products, culinary brands, tea workshops, and soundscape performances.
Beginning March 1, a digital stamp rally invites visitors to join the official LINE account and collect stamps at three tea locations to redeem a limited-edition tea sachet made with Pinglin tea leaves, available through March 31.
