  • MOFA promotes Taiwan National Day 10/10 video celebration

The Ministry of Foreign Affairs (MOFA) celebrated Taiwan’s National Holiday October 10 by launching the video entitled “2021 Taiwan, Bringing People Together”.   • Intermediaries charging for "work pay" for changing employers, please call 1955 to report violations

Recently, legislators have been receiving complaints from foreign migrant workers. They claim that intermediaries are charging them large amounts of money for “work pay”. The Ministry of Labor (MOL) reminds migrant workers to dial the 1955 hotline to report unscrupulous intermediaries.   • Taipei City Department of Labor launches the "Safe Care Program" to help migrant workers

  • Tainan City Government trains new immigrants to be "Southeast Asian Languages" tourist guides
