In response to the trends of digitalization, global net-zero emissions, and industrial upgrading, the Workforce Development Agency (WDA) of the Ministry of Labor is enhancing workers&rsquo employability by expanding online learning resources related to net-zero emissions and digital transformation on its Workforce Development Digital Service Platform (https://portal.wda.gov.tw/), helping the public become key industry talents.

To equip the public for the net-zero transition, WDA has developed digital courses related to green energy technology, now available on the platform. These include fundamental knowledge such as an introduction to solar power systems, solar cells, conversion circuits of solar panels and batteries, and solar monitoring systems. Integrated practical courses are also offered, including solar system installation examples and photovoltaic system maintenance, allowing users to choose from a variety of digital content ranging from theory to hands-on practice.

With the rising demand for AI and smart machinery talents, the platform now offers digital courses on smart machinery topics such as an overview of automatic control, component introduction, robot operations, and intelligent robotics. It also features AI-related courses covering cloud service applications, IoT trends, and introductory Python web scraping, helping users build foundational AI literacy.

As industries actively seek skilled talent, WDA encourages those aiming to enter key industry fields to make full use of its training and employment resources. For more information, visit the WDA official website (www.wda.gov.tw), consult your nearest public employment service agency, or call the toll-free hotline 0800-777-888 to receive direct assistance.
