With the arrival of the Lunar New Year, the Tainan City Tourism Bureau brings you a series of exciting city walking tours! From January 25 to February 2, Tainan will offer 12 free walking tour routes, totaling 63 sessions, allowing you to easily explore the city's unique history and culture.

Featured Routes

Each route has its charm, covering Tainan&rsquos popular attractions, including Central and Western District, Anping District, Yanshui District, and Baihe District. Whether you're interested in history or local delicacies, there's something for everyone. Some must-try routes include:

  • Artistic Stroll in Tainan: Discover Tainan&rsquos art and creativity while experiencing local culture.
  • Historical Walks: Confucius Temple & Chihkan Tower: Visit ancient landmarks and learn about Tainan&rsquos rich history.

How to Join

All tours are free of charge except on New Year&rsquos Eve (January 28). You can easily make reservations. The Tourism Bureau has designed routes suitable for all ages, catering to families as well. For those interested in paid in-depth cultural tours, many options await!
