New Taipei City launches National Sports Day activities in September. On September 9, residents can use designated sports facilities for free under each venue's rules, with two additional days offering free fitness and swimming experiences. A single sports-related purchase of NT$199 or more during the campaign also qualifies for a scratch card, with over 36,000 prizes and an Apple MacBook Neo as the top prize.

Free sports and the scratch-card offer are separate activities. Free access follows each venue's announced dates and eligible facilities, while the two bonus days provide free fitness and swimming experiences. Participants spending at least NT$199 in one sports-related transaction can collect one scratch card at New Taipei sports centers or sports hubs.

The "Say Goodbye to the Sofa, No More 99% Body Fat" scratch card guarantees a prize and can be checked immediately. More than 36,000 prizes include shopping, dining and sports experiences, with other rewards such as Decathlon vouchers, meal vouchers and product cards.

The "Say Goodbye to the Sofa, No More 99% Body Fat - 2026 New Taipei Fitness Program" combines free sports, bonus experiences and spending rewards, with activities extending through the end of September.

The program starts September 9, and the scratch-card campaign runs through September 30. Free-use periods, eligible facilities, spending requirements and prize redemption follow each venue's announcements.
