Through interdisciplinary courses, this workshop aims to strengthen participants' knowledge and skills in health, fitness, and legal applications. The workshop will be held from April 7 to May 6, every Monday and Tuesday afternoon. Course topics include "Communication and Emotional Management," "Functional Fitness and Health Promotion," "Traditional Wellness and Body Conditioning," and "New Perspectives on Smart Health." Additionally, the program will incorporate information on immigration and tax regulations to help New Immigrants integrate more smoothly into society. Eligible participants include New Immigrants, their spouses, and family members. Online registration opens on March 10, and slots will be filled on a first-come, first-served basis.Application Deadline for Technical Certification Incentive: March 21The Ministry of the Interior and the National Immigration Agency are promoting the "New Immigrants and Their Children's Empowerment and Scholarship Program" to encourage New Immigrants to enhance their workplace competitiveness. The program offers incentive grants for professional certifications as well as various scholarships. Applicants must first register an account, complete the online application, print out the application form and affidavit, sign them, and submit them along with the required documents to finalize their application. Those who have obtained a Technical Certification (Class A, B, C, or Single-Level) issued by the Ministry of Labor within the past three years can apply for the incentive grant via the New Immigrants and Their Children's Empowerment and Scholarship System before March 21 . Additionally, eligible students can apply for scholarships through their schools. New Immigrants and their children are encouraged to take advantage of this opportunity to enhance their personal development and career competitiveness.Watch Taiwanese Films Together and Earn Extra Culture PointsIn 2025, over 1.25 million young people aged 13-22 have already claimed their Culture Voucher, reaching a 62% claim rate, with total spending exceeding NT$570 million. This demonstrates the high level of youth participation in cultural activities. The Ministry of Culture encourages young people to take advantage of the "Watch Taiwanese Films Together and Earn 100 Extra Points" promotion to boost interest in movie-watching and foster cultural exchange. This ongoing promotion allows users to receive 100 bonus points for every single transaction of 350 Culture Points or more spent on movie tickets, with no cap on rewards. Additionally, through the "Referral Code Reward" system, users can earn 30 points for successfully inviting two friends to claim their Culture Voucher. Additionally, maintaining good hygiene habits, frequent handwashing, covering coughs, along with regular sleep, a healthy diet, and moderate exercise can help strengthen the immune system.
