To help new residents and people from Southeast Asia understand the situation of quarantine hotel accomodation, Zhang Xi cong (張錫聰), director of the Tourism Bureau, MOTC, assisted in the filming of "Precautions for Staying in quarantine hotel ", and produced a multilingual version, including Burmese and Indonesian , Malay, Vietnamese and Thai, using the native language of the new residents to spread the correct precautions.

Before staying in quarantine hotel, you must present the home quarantine or home isolation notice. During your stay, please do not leave the room in non-emergency situations. At the same time, you must clean the room by yourself, pack the garbage and store it outside the door, and do not ask the housekeeper to enter the room for cleaning. If you need to request assistance during your stay, please contact the quarantine hotel staff by phone to avoid direct contact.

In addition, Taiwan nationals or holders of resident certificate who meet the requirements of having home quarantine, centralized quarantine, home isolation, centralized isolation, or taking care of quarantined or isolated people who cannot take care of themselves, and have compied with epidemic prevention measures, can apply for an epidemic compensation of NT$1,000 per day .
