In recent years, growing awareness of personal finance has led more people to think seriously about asset allocation and investment planning. At the same time, social media and online platforms are filled with fast-moving information, where countless investment tips and strategies circulate every day. Without basic knowledge and a clear understanding of risk, it is easy to be influenced by incomplete or misleading information.
To help the public build sound securities knowledge, the Taiwan Stock Exchange has introduced the promotional comic “I Kept Transforming and Breaking Through and Won the MVP!!.” Framed around a personal growth journey, the story weaves financial management and investment concepts into familiar, everyday situations.
Told in the first person, the comic follows the protagonist through key turning points in career and life. As the character adjusts and grows, important ideas-such as recognizing investment risks, verifying information sources, and practicing self-discipline-are introduced naturally within the storyline. Through relatable dialogue and concrete examples, complex financial concepts are translated into practical guidance, encouraging readers to evaluate information rationally and make careful decisions.
The comic also incorporates real-life applications of platforms such as “Investment Information Center 2.0,” “ESG InfoHub,” and “e-Add Wealth,” demonstrating how to search for public disclosures and access market data. It further highlights common investment fraud schemes, strengthening readers’ ability to identify potential risks through visual storytelling.
The full-color digital edition is now available in the Comic Section of the “Stay-at-Home Learning Website,” along with a vertical scroll version optimized for mobile devices. It is currently published in Chinese. The e-book will be accessible through public library e-book platforms across counties and cities, while printed copies have been distributed since mid-to-late February to senior high schools and above, libraries nationwide, and securities firms and their branches.
