New Immigrants Care Home (新住民關懷之家) and International Culture and Tourism Bureau, Chiayi County jointly organized and rounded off the multicultural courses.

During the event, Zhao Chun Mei (趙春梅) - the person in charge of the New Immigrants Care Home, and the new immigrants - Cao Jun Ying (曹俊英), Long De Cui (龍德翠), and Yi Hong (伊紅), shared DIY courses of gourmet food from China, paper cut creations, and Ziyun ointment (紫雲膏) respectively. New immigrants were able to get to know each other through these activities.

Zhao from the Liaoning Province of China got married in Taiwan and settled in Puzi City, Chiayi County. She established the "New Immigrants Care Home" in Puzi and shared with others the activities she knows through International Culture and Tourism Bureau, Chiayi County, Social Affairs Bureau, and National Immigration Agency. This makes New Immigrants Care Home a place for new immigrants to learn and teach cultural traditions.
