Taoyuan City Brigade collaborated with the Health Bureau and set up vaccination sites, attracting migrant workers to get vaccinated

As there is a surge in community cases, more migrant workers have booked vaccination appointments to have better health protection. Taoyuan City Brigade stated that recently, nearly 1,000 foreigners and migrant workers have been vaccinated at the Taoyuan Railway Station. Others are also encouraged to get vaccinated as soon as possible to reduce the risk of community transmission. Taoyuan City Government strives to strengthen border control & interpreters available at vaccination sites to help foreigners

The COVID-19 cluster uncovered at the Taoyuan International Airport continues to grow. Taoyuan City Government strives to strengthen border control and protect people in Taiwan during the busy Lunar New Year travel period. A vaccination site has been set up at Taoyuan Railway Station, with multi-language interpreters serving on-site to assist foreigners in getting vaccinated and learning about the pandemic. MOL launched 4 contingency measures for employers & migrant workers to follow

Due to the COVID-19 cluster uncovered at Taoyuan Farglory Free Trade Zone, the Ministry of Labor (MOL, 勞動部) collaborated with Central Epidemic Command Center (CECC), strictly requesting employers and human resources recruitment agencies to follow epidemic prevention measures & contact tracing.
