Starting a business requires more than creativity; it also demands strong proposal writing and resource acquisition skills. The Hualien County Government Youth Development Center announced that the March 2026 “Startup University” program will offer two practical courses focused on persuasive proposal design and AI applications.
On March 13, “Make Judges Understand You: Persuasive Startup Proposal Design” will be held at the Hualien Startup Base. CEO Lin Yiting of Changfu Management Consulting will share hands-on insights into identifying market gaps, refining brand positioning, and strengthening proposal logic and competitiveness.
On March 19 (Yuli) and March 20 (Hualien), Dr. Song Wenlong from I-Shou University will present “Let AI Help You Write a Business Plan.” The course integrates AI tools for idea development, workflow mapping, and presentation generation, helping participants produce professional documents efficiently.
In addition, the third round of residency recruitment at Hualien Startup Base runs from February 23 to March 23, 2026, with only three physical slots available. Applicants must be under 45 and either registered residents of Hualien or have businesses legally registered in Hualien for less than eight years. The county government aims to build a comprehensive support system combining training and incubation to help young entrepreneurs achieve sustainable growth.
