As graduation season approaches, many young people are planning their career paths. Taipei City's Department of Labor announced that the “Team Taipei Supports Employment – Youth Graduation Job Fair” will take place on March 21 at the Zhengyan Pavilion of Taipei Expo Park, with 188 companies offering 8,459 job opportunities.

Participating companies come from sectors such as technology and finance, including Hon Hai, King Yuan Electronics, Taishin Financial Holdings, and KGI Bank. More than half of the positions require no prior experience, with an average monthly salary of about NT$41,000.

The event will feature a corporate job experience zone and sharing stage, allowing participants to learn about job roles and workplace environments through interactive activities and industry insights.

Additional services include resume consultations, professional makeup and photography, and career personality assessments to help job seekers improve their job search readiness.

Officials noted that employment services support people of different ages. In previous cases, a 17-year-old youth successfully entered the workforce through counseling programs, while a 70-year-old retiree also returned to work after attending senior employment programs.

All services at the job fair will be provided free of charge, helping job seekers connect directly with employers and explore suitable opportunities.
