As for the Modena part, Zhuang Ren Xiang (莊人祥) pointed out that a total of 1.13 million doses have now been delivered. Previously, people above 70 years old are eligible for vaccinations. According to the CECC, foreigners holding an Alien Residence Certificate (ARC), legal migrants and new residents can also register on the platform with their ARC number and health insurance card (NIC) number.
