The Youth Development Administration of the Ministry of Education continues to deepen practical learning through the "Young Entrepreneurs Internship Program." For the first time in 2025, over 100 internship opportunities are available for students and graduates under the age of 35 to intern at U-start startup companies before the end of August. Participants may receive up to NT$57,000 in stipends. Open positions are now listed on the RICH Career Experience Platform, encouraging youth to take advantage of summer vacation to immerse themselves in entrepreneurial culture.
This year&rsquos openings span diverse fields including AI, tourism, education, design, arts and photography, and software development. Opportunities include: Visual Design Assistant at InBlooom Co., Ltd., Product Intern at Half Sheep Design Co., Ltd., Research Engineer Assistant at Behemoth Green Tech Co., Ltd., and Business Development Intern at iFlying Media Platform Co., Ltd. Interns can choose based on their interests and specialties, gaining hands-on startup experience and expanding their career horizons.
The program has shown fruitful results. In 2024, interns at Shixi Education Co., Ltd. learned project management and teamwork, while those at Neiding Co., Ltd. gained firsthand insights into customer service and e-commerce in the fashion industry.

Interns at Eleven Hundred Design Co., Ltd. quickly mastered design software and improved communication with clients, strengthening their determination to pursue design careers. Meanwhile, interns at Gaomishu Co., Ltd. gained knowledge in golf and video production, enhancing practical and presentation skills.

According to the Youth Development Administration, internships help youth explore careers, build networks and skills, and encourage creative practice. This year, a special internship achievement competition will be held, with top performers receiving gift vouchers worth up to NT$5,000.
