The Tainan City Government (台南市政府) continues to promote education, providing more than 30,000 new immigrants and their families with complete care and learning. A charity organization began to provide services for new residents, and recently held the "New Beginning in 2021, New Immigrants come to know about Taiwan’s interesting Historic Sites and Culture" (2021年新的開始,台灣古蹟文化好有趣,新住民來認識) activity in An Ping district (安平區). New immigrants are invited to visit the ancient sites of An Ping, and get a deep understanding of the history and culture of the city.

The cultural center’s activities introduce new immigrants to Taiwan’s diverse culture and history. Outdoor guided tours are also arranged to visit An Ping Old Street (安平老街), the Blessing of the Big Fish (大魚的祝福), Te Yang Ship Exhibition Hall (臺灣船德陽艦園區), the Eternal Golden Castle (億載金城) and other An Ping attractions. With the guided tours, new immigrants learn more about Taiwan and Tainan, and through the actual experience of seeing authentic cultural interests and historical sites, a friendly living environment for immigrants and an enriched multicultural society is created, which can be passed on to the next generation.
