This event focuses on traditional recipes, strictly following authentic Vietnamese culinary techniques and using carefully selected ingredients to present the following nine dishes:

  • Vietnamese Fresh Spring Rolls (Gỏi Cuốn)
  • Vietnamese Grilled Pork Skewers (Thịt Nướng)
  • Sugar Cane Shrimp (Chao Tom)
  • Stir-fried snails with Tamarind (Ốc Xào Me)
