Generative AI is rapidly changing the way people work. From document organization and meeting records to data analysis and presentations, AI tools have become important workplace assistants. To help young people keep up with digital transformation, the New Taipei City Youth Department has launched 27 free "AI Digital Workflow" courses. Registration is now open to help participants develop AI collaboration and automation skills.

As AI adoption becomes more common in businesses, the focus has shifted from knowing how to use AI to using it effectively to improve productivity. The courses are designed around workplace needs and are taught by industry professionals, helping participants learn automation tools and practical AI applications to streamline workflows.

According to the Youth Department, the 27 courses cover workflow automation, AI speech transcription, knowledge management, data analysis, and presentation design. Through hands-on practice and case studies, participants can better understand how AI is used across industries and strengthen their digital skills.

In addition, "UKO Learning in New Taipei" will provide year-round career learning programs in 2026, covering personal branding, digital tools, professional development, and multiple-career skills.
