Because of the epidemic, the "Edinburgh Fringe Festival" resumed in 2021 in digital format. Considering the health risks to the Taiwanese team and to the British government's anti-epidemic measures, the Ministry of Culture (文化部) plans to proceed with the series of activities for the Taiwan season online, including online performances by four groups of performing arts teams, and four online forums for Taiwanese and international professionals. The plan is for the Taiwan season not to be absent on the international platform.
