In recent years, real estate fraud methods have continued to evolve, raising concerns over property security. The Land Administration Bureau of the Tainan City Government has introduced three anti-fraud tools, including real-time cadastral change notifications, address confidentiality and designated service of documents. These services help the public monitor property status in real time and reduce fraud risks. Outreach activities have also been conducted to improve public understanding and accessibility.

After applying for real-time cadastral change notifications, individuals will receive alerts whenever there is a registration change to their property, enabling timely awareness. Address confidentiality reduces the risk of personal data leakage, while designated service of documents ensures important notices are delivered to a specified location, preventing missed handling opportunities. These measures focus on prevention and early response.

Practical cases show that some individuals who had applied for these services received immediate alerts when changes occurred, allowing them to verify with authorities promptly and secure valuable response time. With timely information, risks of identity misuse or fraud can be reduced, especially for those who do not regularly monitor property status.

In addition to these measures, on-site consultations on real estate transaction safety are provided, summarizing common risks and precautions. The public is advised to proactively apply for these services and regularly check for any property changes. If abnormalities are detected, prompt verification is recommended to reduce potential financial losses and strengthen property protection.
