According to the Bloomberg, most limitations on overseas passengers landing in Vietnam will be lifted beginning March 15.

Under the existing plan, international tourists must show proof of vaccination or recovery from COVID-19 with a negative test result before leaving, according to the website. They would be compelled to obtain $10,000 in Covid-19 medical insurance coverage.

Those with suspected virus symptoms would be subjected to fast testing at Vietnam airports, according to the announcement. According to the posting, other travelers would be required to self-isolate for 24 hours at their pre-registered lodgings, conduct fast or PCR testing, and monitor their health for 14 days. It's unknown how frequently they'd be tested.

According to the posting, Deputy Prime Minister Vu Duc Dam directed the tourist ministry to present a more specific plan.
