New Taipei City, rich in marine and riverside resources, is launching the "2025 New Taipei River and Ocean Music Festival" this summer. The event connects scenic spots such as Tamsui, Gongliao, and New Taipei Metropolitan Park, featuring a series of music events from June 20 to August 24. Through the combination of sea breeze, riverside views, and melodies, it aims to create a unique music tourism brand for New Taipei.

The first event, the "Ocean Indie Music Award Preliminaries," will kick off from June 20 to 22. Following that, the "Tamsui Fisherman&rsquos Stage" will take place on June 28-29 at the Guanhai Plaza. As Taiwan&rsquos first waterfront performance venue, it blends the relaxed atmosphere of the harbor, inviting the public to stroll along the riverside at sunset and enjoy live performances by various indie bands, experiencing the charm of free-spirited music and heartfelt creativity.The Gongliao Ocean Music Festival will be grandly held from July 26 to 27 at the scenic Fulong Beach in Gongliao. On July 26-27, the "Gongliao Ho-Hai-Yan Rock Festival" will be grandly held on the beautiful sands of Fulong Beach. As one of Taiwan&rsquos oldest and most iconic music festivals, it attracts top musicians from both domestic and international stages. With the beach as its stage, the festival creates a harmonious blend of music and ocean waves, showcasing New Taipei&rsquos local charm and the vibrant fusion of international music culture.

The finale, the "New Taipei Metropolitan Park Stage," will be held on August 23-24. Featuring wide lawns, riverside cycling paths, and multiple water facilities, it is a popular venue for large-scale music and outdoor events.
