To meet the diverse postal needs of the public, the China Post Company launched the first "iPostal Box Pickup Store" at the Taipei Qingtian Post Office on February 14th.  It integrates a new generation of iPostal Boxes, ATMs, bill payment machines, and postal dedicated mailboxes, creating a fully self-service postal environment for 24/7 year-round integrated postal and financial services.

The "iPostal Box Pickup Store" boasts three key features: first, expanding the capacity of iPostal Boxes to enhance convenience for sending and receiving items; second, adding package-shipping lockers to break the limitations of single boxes, allowing contracted users to send packages continuously and streamlining the process; third, overcoming traditional business hours limitations, allowing the public to self-service send and receive items at any time, for a more convenient postal service.  Furthermore, sending packages via iPostal Boxes offers at least NT$10 more in savings compared to traditional postal counter services, and using the iPostal Box for delivery is even more economical.Key Features of the "iPostbox Pickup Store" (Image / Courtesy of the Ministry of Transportation website)

China Post is actively expanding its digital postal network.  Starting March 20th, four more iPostal Box Pickup Stores will be added at Taoyuan International Road, Taichung Xiangshang, Chiayi Yushan, and Tainan Shanghua Post Offices.  The plan is to have 20 stores by June 30th and 75 stores by December 31st, to reach 100 stores by the end of 2024.  This will increase the capacity of digital postal services.

China Post continues to promote digital transformation to provide a convenient and efficient smart postal environment.  We welcome the public to experience it.
