The world's first generative AI medical settlement will be established in Kaohsiung Asia New Bay Area, based on the artificial intelligence of Taiwan AI Labs, in collaboration with the four major medical centers in Kaohsiung, through joint learning to ensure the credibility of AI-generated results and significantly enhance patient care, according to the Kaohsiung United Learning Intelligence Medical Alliance (高雄聯合學習智慧醫療聯盟).

According to Taiwan AI Labs' founder, as AI technology permeates a variety of industries, medical information must adhere to extremely high ethical standards, taking into account factors such as human rights, privacy, information security, and other factors. Medical products must also undergo extensive verification to ensure the results generated are accurate. The AI technology being utilized in Taiwan at the moment is driven by merging data management techniques in the biomedical area, and it has successfully undergone multi-center verification to assure the validity of AI-generated findings and raise medical standards.

Taiwan AI Labs also emphasizes that the benefits of generative AI in the medical field are to improve medical efficiency and become a more convenient and accurate communication tool for medical staff.

Generative AI can also help doctors quickly understand the condition through automatic reading of papers and medical record summaries, and it can become a powerful assistant in auxiliary diagnosis and treatment.
