Hello, welcome. Is this your first time dining with us? Yes. Could you please explain the items on the menu? Sure, no problem.

For our main course, we have French-style truffle herb braised pork loin. Yay, pork pork!

We use premium Iberico pork. What about the truffles? They're the freshest from the forest.

Each truffle is personally selected by our adorable truffle pigs.

Next, we have charcoal-grilled filet mignon with bean purée. Our soybeans are grown in wide open fields full of sunshine, carefully nurtured by farmers, and blended with premium feed for our Chianina cattle from Italy.

The beef is taken from the least exercised, most tender, and most expensive part. Sounds so luxurious!

We also highly recommend our French-style seared lamb chops. These lambs are also raised on soy and high-quality feed. Note: they&rsquore Australian lambs!

Served with our signature creamy herb sauce made with a butter base, garlic, thyme, and a touch of mint.

All ingredients we use in this restaurant are delivered fresh from the place of origin the same day. We insist on using only the freshest, highest quality, and most delicious ingredients.
