The presidential palace conceived the theme "Our Heroes! Taiwan Heroes and Brave & Invincible." for the party. It invited the Paralympic delegation including players, coaches, logistics team, and referees, etc., to the presidential palace to share their glory with Taiwan, and cheer for their achievement.

The outstanding performance is attributable to the coaches, doctors, athletic trainers, and logistics team. At the same time, there is also a group of behind-the-scenes heroes, the referees who enforce the rules and regulations on the Paralympic stage, and the "graders" who serve as the grading work. All grand games need professional contributions behind the scenes.
