4 methods to properly warm yogurt without killing probiotics

Room temperature method: Take the yogurt out of the fridge and let it sit at room temperature for 15&ndash20 minutes before eating.
Water bath method: Pour the yogurt into a bowl and warm it by placing the bowl in hot water until it feels warm to the touch, but not too hot.
Rice cooker method: Place the yogurt in a rice cooker on &ldquokeep warm&rdquo mode for 5&ndash10 minutes to maintain a warm texture.
Microwave method: Heat in a 500W microwave for 30 seconds. You can heat in intervals and stir to ensure even warmth.
