Penghu is promoting fall-winter travel with more than discounts, including 2,000 spots for the "2026 Penghu Grand March". The event starts November 7 and offers free tours, in-depth travel and monthly prize draws, with eligible visitors able to win free flights and accommodation vouchers.
With the theme "Moving Forward Against the Wind", the event combines Penghu's military history, culture and landmark attractions with the Baisha Township Office's "Baisha Three Treasures Feast", offering free local seafood. The large-scale event brings history, culture and food together for fall-winter travel.
The "Like Penghu, Happy Slow Travel" program expands travel beyond attractions to communities and cultural sites, offering local tours and cultural experiences. Along with free-tour options, it gives visitors more ways to experience Penghu's local character.
The "Monthly Draw" targets fall-winter visitors who meet the requirements, with prizes including free flights, round-trip Penghu flights, accommodation vouchers and limited gifts. The "Reward Travel" program is also open to companies, government agencies, academic institutions and other groups, which may receive subsidies for eligible activities held in Penghu.
The "Like Penghu, Happy Slow Travel" programs are being rolled out, with the "2026 Penghu Grand March" scheduled for November 7 and registration already open. Visit the "Penghu Travel" website and Facebook page for details and plan a fall-winter trip according to your needs.
