The General Association of Chinese Culture and Paperwindmill Theatre were invited to lead a tour (台灣歐趴文化遶境) of Hungary from June 16 to June 21 to commemorate the 150th anniversary of the creation of Budapest, the nation's capital. There will be a performance of "Norza: The Adventure of Dragon Palace" by Paperwindmill Theatre, which features many traditional elements from Taiwan. It also aims to console the children of Ukrainian refugees in Hungary, as well as brings the world about Taiwan's traditional culture.

A performing company called Paperwindmill Theatre specializes in putting forth plays for young audiences. This time, "Norza: The Adventure of Dragon Palace" will be performed in Hungary. Traditional Taiwanese features including puppetry, Taiwanese opera, Bajiajiang, and Beiguan music are combined in the show. To make the performance more exciting, it also includes live martial arts, 3D animation, and lighting effects. Some Hungarian lines were added to the play to bridge the gap with the local audience.

The General Association of Chinese Culture especially invites Ukrainian refugee children residing in Hungary to attend Paperwindmill Theatre’s performance in an effort to offer them love and hope. The head (李遠) of the Taiwan-based Paperwindmill Culture Foundation stated the expectation that soon, after the conflict, Paperwindmill Theatre will be able to play in Ukraine.

The General Association of Chinese Culture's Secretary-General (李厚慶) claimed that since 2017, GACC has been spreading Taiwanese culture to create friends in countries including Malaysia, Japan, India, the United States, and others, luring more overseas friends to fall in love with Taiwan.
