Taipei City's Senior and Disability Card will be upgraded again in July. The Taipei City Government announced that starting July 1, the monthly subsidy will increase to 600 points, while medical and transportation benefits will be expanded. Seniors and people with disabilities will receive greater support for healthcare, commuting, and daily travel.

In addition to the higher subsidy, new medical and transportation benefits will also be introduced. Beginning in July, healthcare-related services at municipal hospitals and registration fees at Guandu Hospital and Wanfang Hospital will be covered. Users of the electric public bicycle service YouBike 2.0E will receive free rides for the first 30 minutes, and access to rehabilitation bus services will be expanded.

The city government also announced a second phase of expansion in 2027. Subsidies for the Taoyuan Airport MRT will increase, while more transportation, tourism, and daily-life services will be added to the card's coverage.

Taipei City also plans to complete the replacement of second-generation cards in 2029 and introduce a point accumulation system. The card is expected to expand into a wider range of daily-life applications in the future.
