To celebrate the Christmas season, the Banqiao District Office of New Taipei City will host the “2025 Christmas Joy – Blooming Fun Family Carnival” on December 13 at the Banqiao Flower Market. The event combines flower markets, family activities, and stage performances, inviting the public to enjoy a warm and festive weekend atmosphere.
The program includes Christmas-themed DIY workshops, a Christmas tree decorating contest, family-friendly interactive games, and live performances. In cooperation with the New Taipei City Department of Agriculture, a farmers’ market and sensory experience activities will also be offered, helping children learn about plant growth, ecological awareness, and sustainable living through hands-on participation.
According to the Banqiao District Office, visitors may join pinecone ornament DIY activities by donating current receipts and exchange receipts for shopping vouchers usable at market stalls. Special gifts will also be available for qualifying purchases. The public is invited to visit the Banqiao Flower Market on December 13 and celebrate Christmas with flowers, music, and family fun.
