The National Taxation Bureau Urges the Public to Beware of Tax Scam Emails
The National Institute of Cyber Security recently reported that malicious individuals have been impersonating the Ministry of Finance by sending phishing emails under the guise of a "tax investigation." These emails attempt to lure recipients into opening malicious attachments, potentially leading to the theft of personal information, data breaches, and financial loss. The National Taxation Bureau of Kaohsiung stated that such scam emails often use attention-grabbing subject lines like "Tax Investigation Notification" to deceive recipients. Once the attachment is opened, hackers may gain control of the computer or steal confidential information. The bureau emphasized that official tax investigation notifications are sent through formal documents and will never include suspicious attachments via email. The public and businesses are advised to stay vigilant, verify the source of any suspicious emails, avoid clicking on unknown links or attachments, and regularly update antivirus software to mitigate cybersecurity risks.

Eat the Right Breakfast for Better Health! Follow These Three Principles for Easy Weight Loss
In today's fast-paced world, many people often resort to quick and convenient breakfast options. However, regularly consuming breakfasts high in starch, and fat, and low in fiber can negatively impact metabolism, leading to fatigue and weight gain. Simply eating the right breakfast can help you stay healthy and slim! It is recommended to choose unrefined carbohydrates rich in dietary fiber, such as whole wheat bread, oats, steamed sweet potatoes, boiled corn, or baked potatoes. These options help stabilize blood sugar levels and provide sustained energy. Additionally, breakfast should include quality protein sources like eggs, lean meat, fish, or soy milk to enhance satiety. Avoid processed meats such as sausages and ham. Getting enough dietary fiber is also essential. This can be achieved by adding fresh salads, vegetable omelets, or pre-boiled vegetables that can be reheated for convenience. By following these principles, you can ensure a more nutritious and balanced breakfast, maintain gut health, boost metabolism, and achieve your health and weight loss goals with ease!
