Social Education Center launches bilingual exhibitions, activities during summer vacation
To provide better learning environments and improve citizens' language skills, the Social Education Center of the Ministry of Education has provided English services and tours. Many social education centers have also launched many bilingual exhibitions and activities for citizens to learn bilingually.
The exhibition of "Changing Nature―Disordered Ecosystems", which is hosted by the National Museum of Natural Science, offers bilingual introductions and collections, leading citizens to think about how human beings coexist with other species in perpetuity. Offering Chinese and English brochures, the National Taiwan Science Education Center has launched the "Tinkering Workshop", which is themed with technology.
Some centers provide various parent-child activities, such as "Little Bear Story Time", which was held by the National Taiwan Library. The library uses multilingual picture books to lead children to appreciate and respect people from different cultural backgrounds.
