The Kinmen County Government has set up the "The Mini Three Links Resumption Project Office" on December 25, 2022, which has accepted the registration of more than 2,000 people wishing to travel to and from China. Recently, they have contacted the on-site registration personnel one by one to confirm the boarding date and identity information. The public can also make reservations at the service counter of "Wujiang Ferry Co., Ltd." at Kinmen Shuitou Wharf. The reception hours are from 9:00 am to 12:00 pm, and from 1:30 pm to 4:30 pm.

The Tourism Department of Kinmen County Government stated that the public can go to the “Travel Project of Spring Festival for People in Kinmen Matsu Area” on the Official Tourism Website of Kinmen to inquire relevant information.
“Taiwan Immigrants’ Global News Network” reminds that "this project does not provide on-site ticket purchase for unreserved passengers", and also does not provide luggage check-in services. 1. People in Kinmen should prepare their ID cards, passports or Kinmen-Matsu certificates, and Taiwan Compatriot Permit (visa on arrival) when buying tickets and entering (exiting) the country; 2. Spouses from Mainland should prepare residence permits and Taiwan Travel Permit for Mainland Compatriot(大通證); 3. Mainland Chinese students studying in Kinmen should show their student ID card, residence card, and Taiwan Travel Permit for Mainland Compatriot(大通證).
In addition, although China has recently announced the cancellation of centralized isolation that starting from January 8th, when entering China, passengers still need to hold a negative PCR test certificate within 48 hours.
