The 2021 "Migrants Day (南國共好、攜手前行)" Immigration Festival celebration organized by the Ministry of the Interior National Immigration Agency (NIA) & Pingtung County Government will be held on December 12.
The festival celebration includes the magnificent "multicultural performance show", the "exotic delicacies Broadway" which offers appetizing food, the "creative market" that provides DIY activities for parents and children, the free "exotic costumes trying", and "Lucky draws" which gives away high-end home appliances and store gift coupons. The public is welcome to join and don’t miss the food, fun activities, and exquisite gifts!

This year, the “Migrants Day” is relocated to Victory Star Village (屏東勝利星村) in Pingtung. There will be nearly 100 booths set by new immigrants, offering gourmet cuisines from all over the world, cultural and artistic experiences from Vietnam, Indonesia, Thailand and other countries.
Besides, the "creative market" also provides DIY activities for parents and children and the free "exotic costumes trying" for all participants to have a deeper understanding of multiculturalism.
The performances of this event are even more exciting. There will be the main stage and the side stage showing traditional dance performances from Indonesia, Thailand, and Vietnam, as well as professional performance groups such as motorcycle stunts from 2 pm to 5 pm continuously.
Starting from now until December 6, join the prize-winning contest on the Facebook fan page hometaiwan and stand a chance to bring the prize home! The third part of the contest is the Q&A with the question "Which government agency of the central government is the organizer of this migration festival??" New immigrants who are interested are welcome to participate.
The prizes include an international-brand tablet, two robot vacuums, three smart-watches, and ten winners of a convenient store voucher worth NT$500. Winners need to go to the Victory Star Village event counter in Pingtung on December 12 - the day of the Immigration Festival named "Migrants Day", and show your message left on Facebook on your mobile phones together with identification documents. Later on, fill in the receipt and you can claim the prize after the staff checks the information.

On the day of the event, all participants will have the opportunity to join the "Reward Point and Giving Gifts". As long as the individuals go to the "Administrative Propaganda Game Area" and the "Cultural Experience Game Area" at the event site, one can redeem gourmet food with three stamps collected at the food stall area.
