The Michelin one-star restaurant "Le Du" owned by Thitid Tassanakajohn (Chef Ton) got top position out of the 50 restaurants on the list. Le Du, which translates to "season" in Thai, is known for its outstanding modern Thai food. Chef Ton, who grew up eating Thai food, is adamant about the distinctive sauce and spicy taste of Thailand and claims that, in terms of spice, the spicy taste of Thai food is not just a purely shocking spiciness.
