The Tainan City Government will host the "Second Large-Scale Employment Expo" at Southern Taiwan University of Science and Technology on June 10 in collaboration with universities, non-governmental organizations, and regional district offices to assist college graduates and those who are looking for work or who want to change jobs in finding employment quickly. This season, 116 manufacturers will take part, creating 6,090 openings.

According to the director (王鑫基) of Labor Affairs Bureau of Tainan City Government, the need for skills has grown as a result of the epidemic's unblocking and the recovery of several industries. Additionally, the Labor Affairs Bureau actively helps employers seek talent. The city administration created nearly 22,000 job openings between January and April of this year through 89 talent recruiting events, including the first large-scale employment expo. The municipal administration will also host the second large-scale employment expo this year in collaboration with the school in response to the forthcoming graduation season. Some manufacturers provide matching services like online resume distribution and video interviews in addition to offering services like career counselling and labor legal consultation.

The Labor Affairs Bureau reports that 116 manufacturers in total were invited to participate in this employment expo, which resulted in 6,090 job openings, 2,611 of which will be held on June 10 at Southern Taiwan University of Science and Technology. These positions will pay more than 30,000 NTD per month. People who are interested in jobs are welcome to attend.
