As long as individuals bring the original and photocopy of their own valid passport and apply for the ‘New UI No. for Foreign Nationals’ at the National Immigration Agency (NIA) Service Center, individuals can enjoy the right to be vaccinated against COVID-19.

For individuals from China, Hong Kong, and Macau or without household registration, one can apply for UI No. on ‘Online Application for ROC Uniform UI Number’ (外來人口網路申請統一證號) first, and use the generated UI No. to book vaccination on ‘Covid-19 Vaccination Registration and Reservation Platform’ or make an appointment online through designated hospital’s registration system.
In addition, the elderly can also make use of the registration system of Taipei City hospitals to make appointments;the elders should complete 2 doses of vaccination as soon as possible, together with other types of vaccine such as influenza vaccine and pneumococcal conjugate vaccine, to better protect their health. Note: Other types of vaccines need to be administered 7 days apart from the previous vaccine.

For people above 18 years old who have not been vaccinated or have received the first dose of Modena for 4 weeks.
