The "2023 Taipei Top 20 Attractions" vote results were released by the Department of Information and Tourism, Taipei City Government. Among these, "Taipei Children's Amusement Park," "Xiaoyintan Waterfall," "Dadaocheng Summer Festival Fireworks," and "National Palace Museum" were ranked first respectively in categories of "Family-Child Travel," "Night Attractions," "Arts and Humanities," and "Green Lives."

Seven of the top 20 tourist attractions in Taipei City are in the arts and humanities category, according to the Department of Information and Tourism, Taipei City Government: The National Palace Museum, Zhongshan Linear Park, Grand Hotel, Dadaocheng Dihua Street Coommercial District, Beitou Hot Spring Museum, Chiang Kai-Shek Memorial Hall, and Taiwan Literary Base. Xiaoyintan Waterfall, Taipei Zoo "Animal Behavior Academy," Qixing Mountain, Guandu Nature Park, Shanshui Green Ecological Park, Zhuzi Lake, and Guting Riverside Park are the seven attractions in the "Green Lives" category. The Municipal Zoo, the Taipei Children's Amusement Park, and the Municipal Zoo "Big Panda Pavilion" are the three attractions in the "Family-Child Travel" category. The Dadaocheng Summer Festival Fireworks, Bishanyan Night View, and Bishanyan Kaizhang Shengwang Temple Night View are three attractions in "Night Attractions" category.
The Taipei City Government's Department of Information and Tourism went on to say that some of the top 20 tourist attractions are also well-liked by younger visitors, in addition to popular destinations like Dadaocheng, Yangmingshan, Beitou Hot Spring Museum, and Taipei Municipal Zoo. Taiwan Literature Base, Zhongshan Linear Park, etc. The department intends to use this event to not only draw attention to Taipei's attractions but also to stimulate the city's bustling commercial circles.
