According to the Rerum Novarum Center's director, the center has long offered migrant workers advisory services and hosted several exchanging seminars between businesses and migrant workers. Among them, migrant workers use Zentangle drawing to convey their emotions and improve interpersonal connection. In addition to producing paintings for the exhibit, the migrant workers also planned singing and dance performances in the hopes that the public would get more familiar with their hometown's culture.
