According to Taroko National Park Headquarters, there will be morning and afternoon sessions for this year's music event. There are two sessions: one in the morning from 10:30 to 12:00 and another in the afternoon from 1:30 to 4:00. Seven years after its 2016 appearance at the Taroko Music Festival, U-Theatre made a comeback to Taroko Terrace. This year, the performance space was arranged as a low stage without a backboard, bringing the artists closer to the audience and offering them a more unique experience. In addition, it brought the cultural and ecological splendor of the national park together with the surrounding landscape.

Additionally, traffic restriction will be in place on October 28 from 8 am to 5:30 pm, and cars will not be permitted to enter Taroko Terrace, in an effort to make it easier for the general people to attend the Taroko Music Festival and preserve the caliber of the performance. Additionally, free transportation to and from the Taroko Music Festival location has been organized by Taroko National Park Headquarters.
