The Department of Information and Tourism, Taipei City Government hosted "2023 Eid al-Fitr in Taipei” in Daan Forest Park on the 23rd, and it was a success. This year's Eid al-Fitr Festival in Taipei included amazing stage performances as well as a picnic area that allows participants to enjoy a meal outside on the Daan Forest Park grass. The Eid al-Fitr Festival also hosted a Muslim travel expo to enlighten Muslim friends about Muslim-friendly lodging and dining options in Taipei.

In order to provide Taiwanese people a chance to learn about Muslim culture, the Eid al-Fitr in Taipei has also organized a cultural experience area with DIY classes on Middle Eastern sweets, Turkish Mosaic Lamps, etc. A senior multilingual theatre storyteller, instructor Katie Partlow, a new immigrant from the United States, was invited by the event's organizer to share great Arabic folk tales with participants. Many kids listened to the stories to learn about Muslim culture thanks to Teacher Partlow's engaging presentation.
