The owner of the restaurant, Chen Yu Shui (陳玉水), told us that President Tsai has praised her for the Vietnamese cuisine prepared at the event of the “International Migrants Day” and said she would visit Chen’s restaurant one day if she has the opportunity to do so.
“Unexpectedly, Office of the President made a call to me and said that President Tsai would be visiting my restaurant with a well-known YouTuber Chien-Chien,” Chen said.

Vietnamese anchor Stella took a sip of the soup and said, “The taste of this soup is really exactly the same as that of my hometown. Ms. Chen, did you add the seven key spices? This is really the best I have ever tasted in Taiwan.”
