As Taiwan confirms clusters of local transmission, Central Epidemic Command Center (CECC) raised a level 3 nationwide COVID-19 alert until May 28.
One-Forty, one of the biggest NGOs dedicated to Southeast Asian migrant workers’ education in Taiwan, launched a One-Forty CARE chatbot on Facebook that provides a multiple language service in Indonesian, Filipino, Vietnamese, and Thai.
The One-Forty CARE chatbot provides the latest epidemic prevention information every day in four different kinds of languages.
One-Forty CARE includes information on how to install the Taiwan Social Distancing App, COVID-19 prevention guidelines, and how to register personal information on the smart card.
Many foreign nationals joined the One-Forty CARE chatbot since it was available to the public on May 15. As One-Forty breaks the language barrier, everyone on the Taiwan island is on the same side, fighting against the coronavirus disease.
