The Tainan Municipal Administration of Cultural Heritage has established the "Foreign Students International Exchange Promotion" and "Bilingual Young Guide Training" programs to guide foreign students in Taiwan to various cultural attractions in order to promote local culture and international student exchanges. With the aim of integrating cultural interaction and multilingual education, it also trains bilingual tour guides.

The Tainan Municipal Administration of Cultural Heritage noted that 20 foreign students from ten different countries will be invited to participate in the exchange training program, which will connect the theme of irrigation channels and rice sugar culture in a series with significant scenic locations like Madou Daitian Temple and Wushantou Reservoir. Taiwanese students may create their own English introductions, record English guide videos, and exhibit their English proficiency while studying and introducing Tainan to more international visitors through the use of guide videos.

Cultural asset education is the direction of the school's future curricula, according to the director of the Cultural Affairs Bureau of Tainan City Government. Taking students on field trips to local landmarks helps foster cultural identity in the children. It is also capable of communicating with foreigners and bridging linguistic gaps. From a cultural interaction standpoint, more sparks are produced.
