The National Hsinchu Living Arts Center (NHCLAC) in cooperation with the Ministry of Culture (MOC) developed an online interactive experience for NHCLAC. The NHCLAC mascot A Mei Mei (阿美學姐) was at the museum promoting the opening. The curator and dead of National Tsing Hua University (NTHU) displayed Lee Tze-fan (李澤藩)'s "Ancient Social Education Center (社教館古風貌)" along with the works of 6 other illustrators at the exhibition hall.

The NHCLAC and NTHU's Research Center for Technology and Art collaborated for the first time to create the “Hsinchu Public Interactive Exhibition (新竹公會堂記憶紋理互動體驗館)" and the digital gallery can be viewed online.
The interactive exhibition includes 5 image displays, 3 interactive sites, and 1 cross-media interactive navigation system. The curator of NTHU's Research Center for Technology and Art Hsü Su-chu (許素朱) said visitors can scan the QR-codes to "capture" the art descriptions and receive other relevant information. People can interact with the display through Q&A activities.
