The "Cultural Exchanges under the New Southbound Policy Website" was recently launched by the Ministry of Culture, which actively collaborates in the development of the New Southbound Policy. It presents art and cultural exchanges with Southeast Asia, South Asia, New Zealand, Australia, and other nations in Chinese and English and describes the Ministry of Culture's new southbound policy as well as the new southbound special network linking various government commissions and ministries.

In addition to introducing the new southbound policies of the Ministry of Culture, the "Cultural Exchanges under the New Southbound Policy Website" also lists past and present subsidy programs for cultural exchanges and cooperation between Taiwan and Southeast Asia as well as between West Asia and South Asia. For the purpose of fostering cultural interchange, the arts and culture team traveled abroad.

Since the "Southeast Asia Advisory Committee" (SEAAC) was established in 2015, the Ministry of Culture claims, art experts from the New Southbound nations have been invited to Taiwan annually to hear proposals from diverse parties and advance cross-border collaboration. The public can sign up to participate in various artistic and cultural activities held during the 5th Southeast Asia Advisory Committee meeting through the "Cultural Exchanges under the New Southbound Policy Website" and view the summary and exchange records of committee members for the meeting.
