Some migrant workers such as undocumented ones and overstayers are afraid to get vaccinated because their Resident Certificates have expired. In response to this, the Public Health Bureau, Yunlin County follows the “Carefree Covid-19 Vaccination Program” and build a station that offers vaccination services to migrant workers. Individuals would need to bring their Health insurance cards, passport, and Resident Certificates, and are able to seek assistance from translators at the station.

Mayor of Yunlin County, Chang Li-shan (張麗善), is appealing to the public to get vaccinated as soon as possible to protect yourself and your loved ones. Before December 21, people who receive Moderna vaccines will be given a voucher worth NT$100 or an exquisite gift. The number of gifts is limited and people are welcome to get vaccinated soon.
