In order to reduce the inconvenience of the remote residence of new immigrants in New Taipei City, NIA has established a network cooperation with public and private caring groups for new immigrants to provide mobile outreach service, which includes in-home care and pick up services. The 2023 New Taipei Mobile Outreach Service will stop at 6 New Taipei City administrative districts including Shiding District, New Taipei City. The following service locations and dates are provided for reference to those in need:

  • Shiding District

Location: (Shiding District Office No. 37, Sec. 1, Dingping Rd., Shiding Dist., New Taipei City)

Dates:  3rd January, 11th April, 11th July, 3rd October

  • Sanchong District

Location: Sanchong New Immigrant Family Service Center of New Taipei City

(6F., No. 73, Xiwei St., Sanchong Dist., New Taipei City)

Dates: 17th January, 21st March, 25th April, 25th July, 19th September, 24th October

  • Shuangxi District

Location: Shuangxi District Office (6F., No. 25, Dongrong St., Shuangxi Dist., New Taipei City)

Dates: 7th February, 9th May, 8th August, 7th November

  • Tamsui District

Location: Tamsui District Office (6F., No. 375, Sec. 2, Zhongshan N. Rd., Tamsui Dist., New Taipei City)

Dates: 21st February, 23rd May, 22nd August, 21st November

  • Wugu District

Location: Good Shepherd Social Welfare Foundation West District, New Taipei City (3F., No. 208, Sec. 2, Chengtai Rd., Wugu Dist., New Taipei City)

Dates: 7th March, 6th June, 5th September, 5th December 

  • Xizhi District

Location: Good Shepherd Social Welfare Foundation East District, New Taipei City (2F., No. 15, Jiadong Rd., Xizhi Dist., New Taipei City)

Dates: 20th June, 12th December

NIA's mobile outreach service will continue to provide on-site collection, residence regulations consulting services, and organize multicultural lectures at times. Through the improvement of service flexibility of the public sector, shorten the gap between urban and rural areas, also aids in the adaptation of new immigrants and their families.
